Do you work outside of your 75 mile standard business radius?

Yes, we may need to charge a travel fee, but often depending upon the scope of the project we can competitively provide the same high quality service to which our customers are accustomed, regardless of the location.

Do you work on phone systems other that Avaya?

Yes, while we specialize in Avaya, we can service most of the other mainstream systems.

Do you install equipment not purchased from Emery Communications?

Yes. However, if a service call is required the warranty does not cover the labor cost. On equipment we sell, our labor is also warrantied.
